Nazara Tech Q4 Results 2025: Gaming company Nazara Technologies reported a net consolidated profit of ₹4.07 crore for the January-March 2025 quarter. This is a remarkable 2161% increase compared to the ₹18 lakh profit recorded in the same period last year. Consolidated revenue from operations rose by 95.4% year-on-year to ₹520.20 crore, up from ₹266.21 crore in the March 2024 quarter. The company attributes this growth to strong momentum in its core gaming portfolio, especially FuseBox and Animal Jam, along with improved unit economics at Kidopia.
The company informed the stock markets that expenses for the March 2025 quarter increased to ₹527.72 crore, up from ₹284.96 crore a year earlier. EBITDA rose by 74% to ₹51 crore. For the full fiscal year 2024-25, Nazara Technologies posted a net consolidated profit of ₹50.96 crore, compared to ₹74.75 crore the previous year. Consolidated revenue from operations for the year stood at ₹1,623.91 crore, up from ₹1,138.28 crore in FY24.
EBITDA in Fiscal Year 2025
In a statement, Nazara Tech said it recorded its highest-ever annual EBITDA of ₹153.5 crore in FY25. The company’s core gaming business delivered an EBITDA margin of 19.9%, while the overall EBITDA margin stood at 9.4%.
Shares Close Down 2%
On May 26, Nazara Tech’s shares closed down 2% at ₹1,280.95 on the BSE. The company’s market capitalization is ₹11,200 crore. The share price has doubled over the past year, gaining 38% in the last three months and 28% in the past month. As of the end of March 2025, promoters held an 8.78% stake in the company.
