On February 4, NBCC informed the bourse that it won two deals worth ₹851.69 crore. The first deal, signed with the Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), is worth ₹776.75 crore for the construction of the township’s buildings and related works at the DVC administrative building in Kolkata.
The second deal is a two-year maintenance contract worth ₹74.94 crore from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. This is valid from the financial year 2025-26 to 2026-27, and includes the maintenance work of the New Motibagh GPRA Complex (NMB Complex).
