Ayushman Bharat Yojana Delhi : Registration for Ayushman Bharat Jan Arogya Yojana in Delhi has started from April 10 today. The Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) scheme launched by the central government provides free treatment to the poor and needy people above the age of 70 years. Under this scheme, people get Ayushman card so that they can avail these facilities. Under this scheme, about 6.5 lakh families, i.e. about 36 lakh people, will get benefit.
How to apply for Ayushman Bharat Card
Delhi has become the 35th state or union territory to implement this health insurance scheme. Delhi chief minister Rekha Gupta also had information related to the scheme. He said the state government would provide treatment cover of Rs 5 lakh from the centre and top up of Rs 5 lakh. This will provide free treatment to the people of Delhi for a total of Rs 10 lakh.
On 5 April, the Delhi government had signed a memorandum of understanding with the Centre to implement the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana in the national capital. Under the Ayushman Bharat scheme in Delhi, poor families will get free treatment of up to 10 lakh, of which 3 lakh per family will be borne by the central government and 7 lakh will be borne by the Delhi government.
These People will be Covered
The scheme covers beneficiaries of two categories (urban and rural beneficiaries). About 6.54 lakh members of 30 lakh poor families of Delhi, about six lakh elderly people above 70 years of age, ASHA workers and aganbadi workers will get the benefit of this.

- Then perform OTP verification by entering the mobile number.
- Then select the state.
- Then check the eligibility in one of the ways given below.
- Then fill in the mobile number, name and ration card.
- If you are eligible for this scheme, then you will be shown your name on the screen.
- After this, you can go to the family members section and see the information of other family members.
- You can then avail free treatment under the scheme.
- After getting the Eligibility Verification, You will be able to avail the scheme.
