IRCTC Q4 Results 2025: IRCTC has released its results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024-25. The company reported a consolidated PAT of ₹358 crore for this period, marking a 26% increase year-on-year. Additionally, operational revenue saw a 10% rise.
Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) announced its quarterly results on Wednesday. For Q4FY25, the company posted a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹358 crore and operational revenue of ₹1,269 crore. Along with the results submitted to the stock exchanges under LDOR regulations, IRCTC declared a dividend of ₹1 per share. IRCTC manages catering, Rail Neer bottled water, internet ticketing, and tourism-related activities for Indian Railways. According to the company’s financial statements, revenue grew across all four streams, resulting in a 10% year-on-year increase in operational revenue to ₹1,269 crore.
IRCTC Q4 Results Profit up 26%
IRCTC’s consolidated profit for Q4FY25 stood at ₹358 crore, compared to ₹284 crore in Q4FY24, reflecting a 26% year-on-year growth. Similarly, revenue for Q4FY25 was ₹1,269 crore, up from ₹1,152 crore during the same quarter last fiscal year.
Quarter-on-quarter growth also recorded
The company’s financial statements also indicate quarter-on-quarter growth in both profit and revenue. PAT in Q3FY25 was ₹341 crore, which means Q4FY25 profit grew by 5%. Revenue in Q3FY25 was ₹1,225 crore, so Q4FY25 saw a 3.6% increase in revenue.
Total profit ₹1,315 crore for the year
For the full fiscal year 2024-25, IRCTC’s total profit amounted to ₹1,315 crore, up from ₹1,111 crore in fiscal year 2023-24. Revenue for the year was ₹4,675 crore, compared to ₹4,260 crore the previous year. Additionally, expenses rose to ₹903 crore in Q4FY25, up from ₹824 crore in Q3FY25 and ₹810 crore in Q4FY24.
Breakdown of profit and revenue by segment
In Q4FY25, revenue from catering was ₹529 crore, down from ₹555 crore in Q3FY25 but slightly up from ₹531 crore in Q4FY24. Rail Neer contributed ₹96 crore in Q4FY25, consistent with Q3FY25’s ₹96 crore and up from ₹83 crore in Q4FY24. The ticketing business generated ₹372 crore in Q4FY25, compared to ₹354 crore in Q3FY25 and ₹342 crore in Q4FY24. Tourism packages brought in ₹274 crore in Q4FY25, up from ₹224 crore in Q3FY25 and ₹199 crore in Q4FY24.
