PM Kisan Yojana Samman Nidhi : The central government is expected to release the 20th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme soon. This installment may be transferred to farmers’ bank accounts by the end of June. However, no official date has been announced yet. Under this scheme, eligible farmers receive ₹2,000 directly into their bank accounts. Over the course of the year, farmers receive a total of ₹6,000 in three installments.
Farmers Who May Not Receive the Installment
Some farmers might not receive this installment as they have not completed the necessary formalities. Those who have yet to complete their e-KYC (electronic KYC) may be removed from the beneficiary list.
Important Points to Keep in Mind
Your Aadhaar card must be linked with your bank account. Payments may fail due to incorrect account numbers, IFSC codes, or if the bank account is closed. Farmers with incomplete or unverified land records may also face delays or rejection of payment.

The Ministry of Agriculture urges all beneficiaries to visit the PM Kisan portal to check their application and payment status. If you encounter any issues, please contact your nearest Common Service Center (CSC) or local authorities.
About the Previous Installment
The 19th installment of the PM-KISAN scheme was released in February 2025 during a public event in Bihar. Now, over 9 crore farmers are eagerly awaiting the 20th installment.
